Brand architecture for tangible CI

The challenge in designing the new working environments was twofold: On the one hand, we wanted to integrate the long history of the Teekanne into the new environment. It should be felt in every corner. Especially now and in the future, with an increasing proportion of working from home, it is important to emphasize the corporate culture in order to strengthen the identification of employees with the employer. On the other hand, a multispace had to be created that offers opportunities for collaboration, creation, but also for retreat. For this to succeed, close cooperation with the following generations of the founding fathers of the family business was extremely important.

In upstream workshops with management and employees, we jointly defined the corporate culture on which future cooperation on the Teekanne should be based. It was the starting point for our subsequent planning of the new work environment.

When it comes to materials, there is an authentic, natural character throughout the Teekannes new working environments: oak wood, steel profiles and cast stone floors are used, among other things. Only small color elements serve to accentuate.
