Experts for New Work, Healing Architecture and Banking in Hamburg

HK: Our team in Düsseldorf now consists of colleagues with valuable expertise in the areas of architecture, interior design and change management. As a result, we are very broadly positioned to make companies fit for the future with our restructuring measures. This is also reflected in the satisfaction of our customers. The renowned brands that we have been able to support so far and the good recommendations ensure that we receive inquiries from all over Germany. However, our principle is to be present with customers and on construction sites and to be available when something happens spontaneously on site. This can be achieved even better if the distances between office and construction site can be overcome quickly. It was therefore obvious for us to now open a second location.

NB: The choice fell on Hamburg, as I also personally have a lot in common with northern Germany. I appreciate the internationality of the Hamburg metropolitan region, the northern German area and I believe that there are some exciting companies and projects waiting for us up here.

NB: Das Büro in Hamburg wird von Heiner Kolde und mir gemeinsam geführt und vor Ort von mir geleitet. Wir arbeiten mit festen und freien Mitarbeitenden zusammen, um den Bedarf in unseren Projekten auf ganzer Linie auszufüllen. Außerdem kooperieren wir natürlich mit den Düsseldorfer Kollegen, deren Erfahrung und Expertise so ein Stück weit mit her ziehen. Das freut mich persönlich ganz besonders, da ich Düsseldorf auf jeden Fall auch mit einem weinenden Auge verlasse und so weiterhin in Kontakt mit meinen geschätzten Kollegen bleibe.

Wer verbirgt sich hinter der Person Nadine Bauer?

NB: Ich bin ausgebildete M.A. Innenarchitektin und war nun über fünf Jahren bei bkp in Düsseldorf, wo ich in meiner professionellen Berufung komplett aufgehen konnte. Hier habe ich Projekte aus den Bereichen Office und Banking wie Renault, Henkel, Intersnack oder die apoBank Bochum betreut. Dabei war und ist mir eine strukturierte Vorgehensweise ebenso wichtig wie ein vertrauensvoller, zwischenmenschlicher Umgang. Ich bin Macherin und scheue mich nicht davor, an Stellen mit anzupacken, die vielleicht auch nicht in meinen primären Aufgabenbereich fallen. Mein Alltag ist erfüllt von Tatendrang, der mir Freude an besonderen Herausforderungen und neuen Aufgaben verleiht. Dieser bringt mich nun nach Hamburg und ich bin gespannt, was hier auf mich zukommt.

We want to simplify the often exhausting construction measures for our customers by being the only contract partner to cover all services from strategic planning to architecture and interior design to change management. Together with our customers, we develop the right strategy for the construction project and support the change processes right to the end. To this end, we define long-term goals based on corporate culture in a joint workshop. On this basis, we develop a tailor-made concept for the redesign of the property. This is how we create identification with the company, emotional connection and make companies a better place for employees and customers.

NB: We serve the same principles, services and business areas in Hamburg as in Düsseldorf. This means that we act as a holistic partner for planning offices, banks and healthcare facilities. For building owners, the only thing that changes compared to Düsseldorf is that we can get to them faster due to local proximity and can therefore provide them with even better service.

Is anything changing for bkp Düsseldorf?

HK: Internal structures will certainly move a bit as a result of the expansion to Hamburg. We will fill a number of new and additional positions. New expertise, such as the position of “Head of New Work”, will also have a positive effect on our new location in Hamburg. We are also pleased with the exchange and the new horizons that the new location in Hamburg will bring.
