Completed training as an architect or interior designer with at least 5 years of professional experience — with profound knowledge in building construction and/or interior design as well as in existing construction.
Project management experience, with which you manage complex projects holistically and independently across all work phases — with a focus on work phases 5 to 7 and cost groups 300 and 600.
Design claim, which inspires you for projects with a high focus on design and lets you pursue creative quality down to the last detail.
Knowhow, particularly in the area of extension works and with a good understanding of interfaces with specialist planners.
Overall overview, with which you control and ensure quality throughout planning and construction.
Sense of responsibility, with which you make decisions and confidently plan deadlines, manage budgets and coordinate all project participants — from planning teams to builders and construction companies.
Self-employment, with which you create costs and specifications, review offers, participate in awards and maintain an overview of documentation and risk management.
Strong communication skills to coordinate interdisciplinary teams and communicate confidently with builders, partners and project participants.
Empathy, With which you recognize the wishes and needs of all project participants and convincingly implement them both creatively and functionally.
Software knowledge — ideally in Vectorworks, but not absolutely necessary.
