Completed training as an architect or interior designer with at least 5 years of professional experience — with profound knowledge in building construction and/or interior design as well as in existing construction. In doing so, you have already managed complex projects holistically and independently across all service phases and cost groups.
Experience in team management, where you coordinate and develop employees and successfully complete projects together.
Exhilaration to manage complex architectural projects with vision and to realize visionary spaces. With your passion, you win customers, partners and your team for the projects.
Leadership skills, with which you inspire, motivate and confidently navigate your team through everyday work.
Organizational talent, which helps you to efficiently structure and plan work and project processes as well as capacities.
Overall overview to manage and ensure the processes and qualities of the projects from your team across all work phases. You always keep an eye on the controlling of project budgets.
Sense of responsibility, with which you make decisions independently, identify challenges at an early stage and actively help develop solutions.
Strong communication skills to coordinate interdisciplinary teams and communicate confidently with builders, partners and project participants.
Empathy, with which you can identify, promote and drive forward the individual strengths, potential and needs of your team members and builders.
